There are many variables that go into web design and construction and the costs will vary from site to site — sometimes varying greatly. A common analogy is made to buying a car. How much does a car cost? It depends on the type of car - is it a small economy car or is it a Ferrari? Does it have leather seats and a GPS system or is it just a base model? Websites are similar - the cost will depend on what you require and want. So in effect, your site will cost what you can and are willing to spend.
Consider the following when you are planning the budget for your site:
- registering your domain name ($1.99 to $10.00/year)
- hosting your site ($48/year or more depending on your plan)
- design and construction of your site (varies, expect to spend a minimum of $150 to $250 per page for a basic site)
- fees for photography, videos, and other media (varies)
- maintenance of your site ($65/hour or we can teach you how to update your site yourself)
We charge $65 hour for our services. We do not offer fixed prices or page rates for our services because there are too many variables invovled in each site. We feel the hourly rate keeps the process flexible and fair to both parties. We can generate an estimate for your site based on our initial meeting and the services you require. We are happy to provide updates to this estimate as requested.
We also require a 25% deposit based on your initial estimate in order to secure time on our schedule. We accept cash, checks and online credit card payment. Click here to make a payment using our PayPal shopping cart.
